今日は、国の休み。
今朝、近所のヨーガスタジオでヨーガを練習しました。
夜は、久々に妹と居酒屋へ
私の妹、すんごい男勝りなのです
東京から沖縄まで３ヶ月かけて自転車で行ったり、富士山とか色んな高い山に登りに行ったり、バスケットのオリンピック選手を目指してみたり。。
今度はトライアスロンに挑戦したいって言ってたので、まずはホノルルマラソンにしたら
と、提案してみたら、、、今年のホノルルマラソンに出場する気マンマンになってました
私も彼女と一緒に参加する事になるかも。。。
