Hello,ABC! English Schoolでは、かねてから準備を
進めていました”世界のお友達と交流”をとうとう開始！
交流を開始したお友達は、アメリカ合衆国バーモント州
Ferrisburghの小学生と先生Linda＆Family。

まずはじめに、国際交流を取り入れたかった理由について
少しお話させてください。
交流にはもちろん英語を使いますし、英語教室として取り組み
はしますが、英語力ＵＰだけがねらいではありません。
英語の上手下手にこだわらず、友達を作る楽しさ、
知らない事を知る喜び、内外から日本を、自分を見る目・・・
それを得るために始めたいと思います。
英語はこれを実現する道具に過ぎません。
大切なのは、たぶん好奇心やチャレンジ精神。
文通を楽しみましょう♪英語力は後からついてきます。

Hello,ABC! English has just started an International
Exchange project called "World friends".
Our new friends are Linda & her students & her family.
Linda is a teacher of elementary school in Ferrisburgh,
Vermont, U.S.A.. I will introduce her later.
At first, I'd like to tell you why I want to do international
exchange in my class. We will use English in exchanges.
But brushing up English skill is not only purpose of this
project.The main purpose is making friends over countries
& languages, knowing what do not know before, viewing Japan
from inside and outside. No matter how much you can speak
English. I think curiosity and the spirit of inquiry is very
important for learning language.
For safety and privacy, exchanging photos and video are
on new message board Hello, friends! that requires ID & password.
It's basically for students & their family.
