米司法省は、ボーイング社が2018年
及び2019年のB737MAXの事故を受けて
刑事訴追を免れるように定めた2021年の
合意に違反したと発表しています。
その結果、訴追に直面する可能性が高く
ボーイング社の企業危機は更に
深刻化する可能性が高くなった状況です。
経営陣も刷新される様子です。
