A Yufugawa ravine is a beautifull ravine which is upstream of Oita River which lasts to Yufu Hasama-cho from Beppu-shi, Oita.
Outline
The ravine where a mountain stream flows under the cliff where a height of about 15 to 60 m rose steeply continues over about 12 km.
The thin waterfall said for there to be 40 or more articles flows through the rock surface in which moss carried out raw, it falls, and a visionary scene spreads.
Sequentially from the upper stream, it can get down from three entrances, Tubaki, Saruwatari, and Tanigabuchi, to a ravine.
The suspension bridge is built near Saruwatari and it can look at a ravine also from here.
The check stone in which the big rock was caught between the cliffs of ravine both banks is seen at the upper stream side of Tubaki.
People need to ask for cool in summer and it is crowded with a tourist as a famous place of autumnal leaves in autumn.
It compares to the Tyrol in Austria known in a beautiful canyon, and is also called "Eastern Tyrol."
While being specified as the scenic spot in Oita Prefecture, it is selected very much by one of the 100 views.
Traffic
In the case of a car, a signboard can be found if the medical department, Oita University, is aimed at.
In the case of a train, it is good to ride from a JR Oita station and to get off at a Kyudai line Mukainoharu station. It is about 15 minutes from a Mukainoharu station in a taxi.
On the way, it is good to approach a HASAMA commerce-and-industry meeting.
