岩手・秋田旅行 1日目

それを踏まえまして・・・
夕飯を食べ終えた私たち。
「おいで～
」と言ってくれたジョニーさんの言葉を信じて、
定休日のはずの「開運橋のジョニー」へと
向かいます
この看板を目印に、エレベーターで4階へ
エレベーターの中にある営業日のカレンダー
・・・やっぱり
木曜日はお休みだよねちょっと不安
ジョニーさんがお出迎え・・・違うか
お店のドアの前に貼られた新聞には
NYタイムズ
「今年行くべき52カ所」
盛岡 世界で2番目
さらに
「岩手山」「岩手銀行赤レンガ館」と肩を並べて
機材やレコードに囲まれた
「開運橋のジョニー」の

すご～い
おそるおそるドアを・・・
はっ開いた
中には、ジョニーさんと奥様が
「今日、お休みなのに・・・いいんですか」
「大丈夫
大丈夫 ちょうど今日、東京からお客さんが来ることになってるから」
他にも、どなたかいらっしゃるなら・・・
では、遠慮なくその方がお見えになるまで、ちょっとだけおじゃまいたします
ここは・・・
天井にびっしりと張られたポスターの数々
柱時計はオブジェ
いえいえ
ちゃんと時を刻んでおります
壁一面には、きちんと整頓されたレコードがずら～り
天井の左奥隅には・・・数年前のジョニーさんの顔が
「ひげにリボン
」（←姉のジョニーさんのイメージはコレだそうです
）
そしてココにも「穐吉敏子さん」のコレクションの数々
ここでジョニーさんが持ってきたのは「我が相方の娘さんのレコード」
店内に音楽が流れます
グランドピアノがドーン
グァバジュースをいただきながら、静かにJazzを・・・
ジョニーさんはダジャレ連発
見せていただいたときは、何だろと思っていたコチラ
テリー・ハーマン名義でも活動したピアニスト、坂元輝の傑作ライヴ録音。
制作は岩手県のジャズ喫茶＜ジョニー＞が主宰するレーベルです。
後年坂元自ら「本名で、しかも本気で弾いているのは現時点では本作だけ」と語っているように、力感と情感が溢れる素晴らしい演奏です。
「Left Alone」、「My Favorite Things」、「夕やけ小やけ」、「Autamn Leaves」の全4曲、圧倒的です。
根市タカオ、渡辺毅が参加。
なんか・・・すごいものだった
そして裏にはジョニーさん
おしゃべりしていると、お客様がいらっしゃいました
お客様が来るまでちょっとだけ・・・何て言ってたのに、お客様を交えて、さらに盛り上がる
「明日、平泉に行こうと思ってるんです」
「じゃぁ、”タッコクノイワヤ”に行ってみるといいよ。」
「タッコクノイワヤ」
「僕はねそのすぐ近くで生まれ育ったんだよ。」
「え～～～っ行ってみよ～」
と言うわけで、謎の暗号「”タッコクノイワヤ”」というキー
ワードをジョニーさんから受け取ったのです
さて・・・さすがにそろそろ・・・もうココに来てから2時間半くらい経ってるしどこが、ちょっとだけおじゃまなのよ
「ジョニーさん。今日はありがとうございましたそろそろ・・・」
「えっ
じゃぁ、せっかくだから、○○ちゃんのピアノ聞いていきな～ ○○ちゃん、1曲弾いてくれる」
「もちろんです」
実は、東京から来たお客様〇〇ちゃんは
「岩手県出身作曲編曲家、ピアニスト、仏語シャンソン歌手、書道家」
という方で、数年前まではパリ在住、さらに数日前に「日本とウズベキスタンの交流」のため、ウズベキスタンで演奏してきたという、素晴らしいお方だったのです
（ちなみに、我がチョーナンボーは、この数日後、ウズベキスタンへと旅立つことになっており・・・なんという奇遇）
せっかくですから、皆様にもおすそわけ

曲が終わると、観客総勢6名（我々3人＋ジョニーさんご夫婦＋もう一方のお客様）からの割れんばかりの拍手
「拍手鳴りやまず～」
ちょっと会いに行ってみようかとジョニーさんがいるカフェに顔を出したことがきっかけで、こんなにステキな一日を過ごすことができました
ジョニーさん、奥様、そして〇〇ちゃん。
本当にありがとうございました
素晴らしい出会いに感謝しながら、岩手・秋田旅行 1日目。

英作文してみました
We met Johnny-san again in 'Kaiunbashi no Johnny'.
The first day of our trip.

You already know, Johnny-san, based on this...
After dinner, since Johnny-san had said, "Come to Kaiunbashi no Johnny after dinner," we went there, even though the cafe's website said that it was closed on Thursdays.
We found this sign, and took the elevator to the fourth floor.
But we were worried again, because the calendar on the wall of the elevator said that it was closed on Thursdays.
Oh! This is Johnny-san!? ... no.
There was a newspaper on the door of the cafe.
The newspaper said,
"NY Times.
The 52 places to go this year.
Morioka is second prize."
The newspaper also introduced,
Iwate Mt., Iwate Bank red brick building,
and Terui Ken at Kaiunbashi no Johnny.
Wow! Awesome!
When we opened the door while we were worried, Johnny-san and his wife were there.
I:"This cafe is closed today, right? Can we really go in?"
Johnny-san:"Yes! Of course! The other person will also come here from Tokyo today, no problem!"
So, we decided to have fun with Johnny-san until someone came.
Wow...
This ceiling was filled with a lot of posters.
And, this wall clock showed the correct time, not the decoration.
There was a painting of Johnny-san's face on the left corner of the ceiling.... beard with ribbon.
My sister's impression of Johnny-san was like this painting.
And, there were a lot of items about Toshiko Akiyoshi here as well.
Then, Johnny-san brought the record of my friend's daughter!
We could listen to my friend's daughter's music in the cafe.
There was also a grand piano.
While drinking guava juice, we quietly listened to the jazz music...
... No! We chatted a lot!
Johnny-san's puns were unstoppable!
We got to hear about the talented granddaughter, Johnny-san's own story, and of course! Toshiko Akiyoshi's story.
His wife was very friendly and kind, so she talked to us a lot, even though it was the first time she met us.
When I looked at it, I thought, what is this?
But, when I researched it, I found that it seemed like a great record.
And, there was Johnny-san on the back side.
Um... I should have been played him this record at this cafe... if I get a chance to go there again, I hope to listen to it!
While we were chatting, Johnny-san's guest arrived.
Although we thought that we should leave when the guest arrived, we also enjoyed chatting with the guest!
Then, I said,
"We are going to go to Hiraizumi tomorrow."
And Johnny-san replied,
"Well, visit to Takkoku no Iwaya, I recommend it".
"Takkoku no Iwaya?"
I had never heard of it.
"Actually, I was born and raised near there."
"Wow! I want to go there!"
As above, we received a keyword "Takkoku no Iwaya" from Johnny-san.
Well, we spent about two and a half hours... so...
"Johnny-san! Thank you today! It's about time to ... "
"What! So... before you go, listen to the piano of 〇〇chan. 〇〇chan! Could you play one?"
"Of course!"
Actually, 〇〇chan, who was born in Iwate Prefecture and came from Tokyo, is a pianist, chanson singer, etc.

Thanks to meeting Johnny-san at the "Cafe Bar West 38", we had a great day.
While we appreciated a great meeting, and the first day of our trip was over.
