Thank you very much for your email which we received a copy from Tsenkyi la some days ago. In consultation with our President Mr. Tsewang Yeshi, I write this response.
We would be most happy to welcome the offer from Mrs. Egawa and Mrs. Furukawa to train our people. Please do thank them for the generosity and kind offer of help.
As for the question about who should receive the training, we think the training would be useful for our trainees at the VTC in Dehradun, but then they basically go in commercial professionals when they graduate, which will be quite contrary to the purpose of the training. Therefore, we believe focusing on training nurses at the TCV health center or care takers of old people in our care would be more meaningful taking into consideration the objective of the training. Of course, we do respect and welcome any suggestions from Mrs. Egawa. We will request the administrator of the health center Mrs. Dechen Tsomo to act as the coordinator for this training.
In the meanwhile, if there is any prior arrangement that we need to make from this end, please do let us know. If Mrs. Egawa can send us the training plan and schedule, we would appreciate that.
