Palm restaurant.
One of my business acquaintances ,who is the boss of one company in Japan, had
been in the United States for his business since January 1st. During his stay for 2
weeks in the US, I met him three times. Yesterday was his last day of staying the US
and he stayed at a Youth Hostel in New York. So, he invited me to a steak restaurant
which is one of the famous restaurants in NY and is a fancy one.
His job is importer and seller of the product. That's why he came to the US to buy
a lot of clothes. He talked to me various things like what the business is, difficulties of
the internet business, pleasants of his work, his vision of his business form, and more...
I was so impressed with his behavior and his attitude toward the business. Talking with
him could be great motivator to do my work in NY.
Anyway, I might help his job as the post in NY. This is going to be great!

2010年元旦から、日本で仕事をしていた時の知り合いのI社長がアメリカに出張に来られていて、隣の州の
New Jerseyに滞在していたので、何回かお会いしていたのですが、今日日本に帰国されるということで、
昨日食事に連れて行っていただきました。
このSteakやばいでしょ？！ NYで有名な（僕は知りませんでしたが…）Palm restaurant という
Steakレストランに連れて行って頂き、色々とお話させて頂いたのですが、やっぱり経営者の話は
勉強になりますし、時間を忘れるくらい聞き入ってしまいます。彼のビジネスに関しては、
Internetを介している都合上、多くは語れませんが、本当に興味深い話をたくさん聞かせてもらう事が
できました。
やはり、こういう頑張っていらっしゃる経営者さんと話をすると、自分ももっと頑張らないと！と
モチベーションも上がります。
ちなみに今後、もしかするとNYで社長のお手伝いができるかもしれません。
まぁ、実際に動き出したらまたBlogにアップするかもしれませんが、今から楽しみです！
NYで自分がやるべき事、NYに来た目的をしっかりこなして、それとリンクできたら最高ですね☆

Last week, I went to "Five Guys Burger" which is one of the most popular
hamburger shops in the eastern America. That hamburger is very delicious, but
pretty expensive... Anyway, I noticed feeling nostalgic about one thing in that shop.

この前、アメリカ東海岸で有名なFive Guysっていうハンバーガーショップに行ったんですが、
これがうまい！！そして、高い！！んです。まぁ、高い金出しても、
マクド３回食うより全然価値あるうまさです。
それはさておき、そのバーガーショップで懐かしいモノを発見。
「Hoshizaki」。
日本が誇る厨房機器メーカーです。
仕事してた時は、毎回お世話になってました。
そんなメーカー知らんわっていう人は、レストラン行って厨房覗いてみて下さい。
たぶんこのペンギンちゃんと目が合いますよ。
ちなみに、昨日学校のテスト終わりました！来週からLevel6です。。。（うちの学校はLevel8まで）
勉強せなついてかれヘン！！頑張ります。
What a beautiful Saturday.
This weekend, I didn't work both Sat and Sun. So I could really relax.
Sleep well, get up late, go to library, do my landry, do my lunch, Skype with my
girlfriend... and of course STUDY!
I'm sure that I love winter except very cold weather in a town like NY. However,
it was very beautiful days this weekend; perfect blue sky, brisk, and few people
in Manhattan even though cold weather. I hope keeping this weather...

いや～、今週末はかなりリラックスできました。
僕、基本的に「冬」って好きなんですけど、何回も言ってるようにNYの冬は寒すぎて。。。
でも、この週末はめっちゃ天気よくて最高！でした。
雲ひとつ無い晴天で、空気もすがすがしくて、人も少なめで…なんか、いつもと違うNYを
味わった気がします。
写真は何でもない日常の風景なんですが、気持ちよすぎたので撮ってみました☆
今週末は学校のレベルアップのテストです。。。勉強しよーっ。
