春ダンス〜桜の練り切りNerikiri

桜の花も咲き始め、一斉に広がる春景色の中、喜び舞う様に蝶々が飛び交う…そんな風景をお菓子にしてみました。

フィンガーサイズにカットした桜の香りのかるかんに、小田巻きという道具でモンブラン状にした練切を乗せてみました。

Cherry blossoms have begun to bloom. Butterflies are dancing in the spring landscape. So I cooked Nerikiri(Japanese sweets) which expressed such a scenery. These sweets match various tea and liquor well.
