ラムレーズン、胡桃、無花果の風味&食感が楽しい蒸し羊羹の上に、カボチャ風味のかるかんを重ねて蒸し上げてみました。
シックな焦げ茶の小皿の上で黄色いカボチャの色がほんのり灯り、晩秋の風景の様。
- Autumn was coming to an end. Today is Halloween.
- I cooked the cake which stacked Karukan(Japanese sponge cake) and steamed adzuki-bean jelly to two levels. The part of Karukan is flavored with pumpkin, and the part of steamed adzuki-bean jelly is flavored with rum raisins and nuts. I enjoy autumn table with dark brown plates and pumpkin-colored cloth.
