青果店などでは早くも白桃などが出始め 急に夏らしい雰囲気に♪ ふと 鮮やかな夏色のお菓子を作ってみたくなりました。
透明な寒天液の中に閉じ込めた、瑞々しい白桃と鮮やかな赤のソルダムは 水中で咲く夏の花の様。夏祭りの露店で電灯に照らされ 光っていた水中花みたいです。
