洋菓子の本でエディブルフラワーの砂糖漬けのレシピを見かけたので、咲き始めた桜の花で作ってみました
花芯部分のほろ苦&桜風味がなかなか良い感じ♡ 干菓子としてお菓子や飲み物に添えると素敵かな?
- I made dry confectioneries of crystallized cherry blossoms. Center parts of a flowers are slightly bitter and smell cherry blossoms. I think that it is wonderful when I attach them to sweets and drinks ♪
