先ず、コンサル以前に "人財"（"人材" を言い換える企業によくある表記です。）
を謳う企業が、"人" を中心に考えた時、
上記のような指示が突然届いたら、

と直感的、反射的に感じてしまうと思わんか？
と問いただしたくなります。
この低次元の通達に敢えてコンサル補足させて頂くならば、

というのが私の根本持論です。

管理職は今一度自身に叩き込み直す必要があります。

少なくとも公務員の無駄金に使われる可能性は劇的に低くなると思

言ってることは時代を超えて正しいですが・・・
