【やってしまったオーバーブッキング】の巻
マニラのアガサ旅行会社、
「モレリア・ツアー」から、
２２日と２３日の日程表が送られてきました。
これは、もちろん、ＯＫ。
山田も、すでに、２２日と２３日
の旅程管理の講習の受講をキャンセルしています。
それは、いいのだが、このあと、
８月２９日と、３０日の日程表を作成するので、
全く同じ条件でいいか、返事をください。
と言ってきました。
これが原文。
Hi can you please send me the one for
aug 29 and 30, based on 2 pax only.
The final one using electric car. Thanks
３０日は、ゴタ、昨日、うっかり、
ＡＮＡクラウン大阪様の仕事を取ってしまいました。
「とにかく、何か、返事をしないと。」 σ(^_^;)
そして、苦し紛れに、書いて送信したのが、これ。
Dear Ms. Agatha Noel-Miguel
The itinerary for Ms. Ellen Diaz is perfect.
On 29th we'll see the same sightseeing
as we do with Ms. Ellen Diaz's group.
(with same price)
But I was caught speeding the other day
and I have to report the the police on the 30th.
I'm very sorry.
I'm now looking for other tour guide.
I promise the same price
toward the tour on the 30.
Anyway I promise to arrange the tour.
Maybe the tour guide does not drive a car.
On the 30, it's not the electric car,
but a cruising taxi by
which we make tour around Kyoto.

costing for 2 pax for aug 29 and 31
so I can propose to them.
というお返事を頂きました。
「ああ、よかった。」
よろこぶ山田。
２９日と３１日は、
２２日の日程と２３日の日程と
全く同じで行きましょう、
と今、返事を作成しているところ。
一件落着～。
これに懲りて、今後は、もらったメールは、
仕事に関するものは、
黒板に書いておくことにしましょう。
２９日と３０日の仕事の依頼は、
もうだいぶん前のメールになってしまっていたので、
目に付きませんでした。
そら、こんな場所に書かれていては、
うっかり忘れますわな。
【教訓】 大切なものは、黒板にも、書き写せ。
