Cooking freezed pork

I cooked freezed pork after defrosting. It was not so bad, not so good. It was a little more tough than Japanese pork I eat usually. I knew that the alcoholic drink has an effect to make meat soft. Using this knowledge, I tried to soak some pieces of pork in Japanese rice-wine. I put them into a refrigerator and waited for half a day. I sauted them after that. I could find they are really soft without eating when I cooked. I was happy for eating so delicious pork. It might be better than the usual Japanese pork.

Freezed pork

I bought freezed pork because it was so cheap. It was first time to cook freezed raw foods, so I took a wrong way to cook them. I sauted them as soon as I took them from freezer. The taste was so bad. The smell and toughness was terrible to eat. I didn't know why it was so bad and searched in the Internet. There was a way to cook freezed raw foods well in a website. Such foods have to be cooked after long time defrosting. When we cook freezed pork, we have to take them from a freezer and put them into a refrigerator. After that, waiting half a day for defrosting, we can eat good pork. I got a new skill for cooking today.

In the experimental service, the application to play contents on GyaO for FOMA exclusively is distributed, and the user can watch about twenty programs. PS3

Sony Computer Entertainment postponed the release date of PS3 to half a year later. It was expected that PS3 is sold in this spring, but, for delay of the adjustment of standardization for the new DVD drive, the release date was changed to November. Sony regarded PS3 as a strategic product, and this postponement may effect the growth strategy of Sony.

I don't have just a PS2 because my PS2 was taken away by my sister. I want PS3. The price will be so high because of the high-spec composition. If the release date is this spring, I can not buy PS3 because I am a poor student. What I can prepare for getting PS3 is just saving money.

Mars Riconessans (part 2)

After that, it went round to the back of Mars, so the communication was interrupted. That was attempted again after the satelite came to a location in which it was visible from the Earth.

This satelite has a super-resolution camera and a device to search traces of existences of water, and it can look over the atmosphere or the ground of Mars from lower altitude, from 255 km to 320 km, than that of other satelites. This data will be used for the decision of landing points of two Mars proves which will be launched in 2007 and 2009. It will be also a basic data for the manned activity on Mars in the future.
