Freezed pork

I bought freezed pork because it was so cheap. It was first time to cook freezed raw foods, so I took a wrong way to cook them. I sauted them as soon as I took them from freezer. The taste was so bad. The smell and toughness was terrible to eat. I didn't know why it was so bad and searched in the Internet. There was a way to cook freezed raw foods well in a website. Such foods have to be cooked after long time defrosting. When we cook freezed pork, we have to take them from a freezer and put them into a refrigerator. After that, waiting half a day for defrosting, we can eat good pork. I got a new skill for cooking today.
