My friend started a japanese restaurant in Honde!!! Great!!! Owner has a lot of experience in any kind of restrant in japan. He choose the ”Motsu-Nabe" in this time. One of the reason is it's easy to get a fresh low Motsu(small intestine of cattle). And he has a specific technic in washing Motsu.
