Torino Manuscript - Ricercari Libro 3(17 c.)
I have confirmed that there are four Ricercaré manuscripts in the collection of the Biblioteca Nazionale Universitaria. However, at the time they were posted online, only two manuscripts were available for download. The order of the manuscripts was not specified, but I have marked them as Libro 1 and 2, in the order they are listed. I had originally uploaded the manuscript score as Libro 2, but I mistakenly thought that “Ricercari del Libro Terzo” in the title of the first piece by Merulo, was the title of this manuscript score, and I corrected it to Libro 3. Later, I realized my mistake, but I had done a lot of scoring at that time, so it became troublesome and I left it as it was.
