Sure has been cold lately. Hope you are all keeping warm.
さて本日は、１月２３日に行われました第二回在校生徒家族・ご父兄向けの説明会の様子をお届けいたします。
13時から17時前まで、長い説明会となりました。
主催者は前回同様武蔵野大学様・CEA様、そして今回は千代田インターナショナルスクール大迫学園長も参加。
緊急事態宣言もあり、zoomでの実施となりました。
It was a long meeting from 13:00 to 17:00, run by Musashino University and CEA.
Mr. Osako, the president of Chiyoda International School, also attended this meeting.
Due to the Covid-19 emergency declaration, the meeting was held on Zoom.
内容は１回目より多岐にわたりました。全てをブログに書くことはできませんが少しまとめますと、
The meeting covered a wide range of topics, so I cannot discuss everything here.
Below are some of the important points from the meeting.
・新年度の学費について
・CEAにそのまま入学される場合の授業料の差額補填について
・他校に転向する場合の支援について
・寄付金について
・納入済みの入学金他の取り扱いについて
・ユニフォーム関係について
- Tuition for the new school year
- Tuition for those students who are directly transferring from Chiyoda to the CEA school
- Financial support for those who are switching to a different school
- Donations
- What happens to the payments already made to CHIST including the entrance fee
- Uniforms
そのほかは在校生様やご家族様の気持ちを考えた上での内容も多々ありましたが、
CEAの先生方、オーナー様がしっかりとご挨拶されていたのが印象的でした。
今後千代田インターナショナルスクールの良いところを残しつつ、CEAさんの新しい経営で、
世界に羽ばたくグローバルな人材を育成する学校になっていくという希望が持てる内容もございました。
They also made sure to offer emotional support for students and families during this transition.
It was great to see CEA teachers as well as the owner speak directly to the students and families.
Though the transition will be challenging, the meeting definitely gave attendees a sense of hope that CEA
will do their best to establish a curriculum that helps students become competent global citizens while maintaining CHIST’s legacy.

CEA also announced that they have started accepting Fall 2021 applications for their new school,
Phoenix House International School! https://www.phoenixhouseschool.org
東京にあるブリティッシュスクールで１７年の経験を持つ講師陣を中心に、英国式教育を提供していきます。
Phoenix House will offer a curriculum based on the National Curriculum of England and will be taught
by experienced faculty members, including a teacher who has taught at the British School in Tokyo for 17 years.

対象年齢は５歳から１１歳になります。
千代田インターナショナルスクール同様、Phoenix House International Schoolにて英国式教育を希望するご家族を、
