"I'm here." は何文型か？

随分前にも同じようなことを書いており、重複もありますがご了承ください。


まず、

我思う、ゆえに我あり

これはデカルトの有名な言葉ですが、これを英訳すると次のようになります。

I think, therefore I am.

下線部のところを見ればわかりますが、I am. だけで、完結した第一文型の文章として成立します。

He can run fast.（彼は速く走れる。）

The sun shines.（太陽が照っている。）

I am.（私は存在する。）

↑みんな同じ、第一文型

Be動詞は主に第二文型（ＳＶＣ）で使われることが多いので、I am. だけでは足りないような気がしてしまいますが、第二文型だけではなく、第一文型としてもつかわれるのです。

しかしながら、普段の生活で I am. （私は存在する。）を使うことはなかなかないわけで、だいたい、つぎのように、具体的に「どこに存在するのか」→「どこにいるのか」を表す副詞や副詞句を伴って使われます。

I am on a train.(私は電車の中にいます。) S V ＋副詞句

I'm in an elevator.（私はエレベーターの中にいます。）S V ＋副詞句

I'm home.（私は家にいます→ただいま。）S V ＋副詞

I'm here. （私はここにいます。）S V ＋副詞

以上のことから、I'm here. は第一文型となります。
