小さな小さな架空のお店 Weeest Market。
私たちが販売するのはたった10個のアイテム。
一月に10個。 売り主は毎月変わります。
蚤の市のように、思いがけない出会いがある
日常とはすこしかけ離れた、お買い物をしてみませんか？
架空とは言っても、お買い物はできます。
じっくりと見極めて、愉快に、想像力をはたかせて…。

Hello there.
Today I'd like to announce that now Weeest Market is open!
What is Weest Market...?
Weeest Market is the special online shop by ViOLET AND CLAiRE.
It's fictional very very small online market.
The items of that market is always only 10
and its owner changes month to month.
Though that market sounds fictional,
you can purchase from that online store.
It aimed to make a tiny unique (online) market place in which
customers can enjoy purchasing a bit different from usual.
初回はSophie et Chocolatさん、二回目は甲斐みのりさん☆
と以前に開催され、
そして３回目になる今回は私fragolaが担当させて
頂くことになりまして、
じりっ、じりっ、と準備を進めてきたのですが、
そちらがついに！

Weeest Marketがスタートしたときから、
このコンセプトがとにかく素敵でツボすぎる、、、！！
と思っていたので、今回、この機会を与えて頂いて
とっても嬉しいです。

さて、今回の私のweeest marketのテーマは、
一冊の古本との出会いから始まりました。。。
古本市で表紙に惹かれて手に取った洋書、それがこちらの
"THE CASE BOOK OF CHERLOTTE MILLER（シャーロット•ミラーの事件簿）"
でした。
1950年代のアメリカを舞台に、女性作家によって書かれたらしきミステリ小説。
なんだか無性に引きつけられるものがあって、辞書を引きひき、
たどたどしいながらも読み進むうちにびっくり。
それはおしゃれでエレガント、勝ち気で美貌の小粋な
女探偵シャーロットが活躍する、最高にキュートな本格ミステリ小説
でした。
短編集ですが、基本的に全編最後はハッピーエンドになるところも、
作中に私の大好きな50'sのアメリカのファッションや文化が
ふんだんに散りばめられているところも、
すべてが好みで今読んでもとても面白い一冊でした。
こんなに素敵な小説が、この世界が、今は埋もれてしまっているなんて
あまりにももったいない！！
そう思い、今回のweeest marketでは、
ちょうどこの本に収録されている10編の物語に
インスパイアされた10個の品々を特別にご用意することにしたのです。

というのは、実は、架空のお話、、、。
実際には、こちらの本は実在しない、文字通り幻の一冊です。
でも、もしも本当に、どこかにそんな一冊が実在するとしたら！？
ミステリ好き、そして50'sのfashion styleをこよなく愛する
私にとっては夢のようなそんな小説が、ひょっとしたら、
本当に、どこにも知られていないだけで、あったかもしれないー
そう考えるだけで、なんだか楽しくてワクワクしてきます。
皆様にも、
ひとときそんな幻のキュートなミステリノベルの世界のかけらを
手にして、一緒に楽しんでいただけたら。
この案が浮かんでからというもの、
それからはもう、寝ても覚めてもその考えのトリコ。
同じようにミステリ好きなV&CオーナーのSumireさんも、
この案に賛成してくれ、
「ならばモチーフはあんなのがいいかしら、それとも
こんなのがいいかしら、、、！？」
やりたいアイディアは次から次へと出てきて、
果たして皆様にお気に召していただけるかは
ドキドキですが、
ともあれ私的には愛情だけはぎゅうぎゅうに詰まった
Weeest Marketがオープンしました！！
The theme of my Weeest Market is this one book of the mystery novel.
I found this book at a flea market of the vintage books.
It was written in USA in 50's by a women author.
The novel of the one fashionable lady private detective.
It was such a smash hit for me, who loves mysteries and
the fashion style of 50s.
And each 10 novels in this book ends happily.
That was also nice point for me.
So, I made 10 items inspired by just 10 short stories
in this book.
.......
To say the truth, this book is my fictional one.
There isn't such book actually.
But just imagine if there was such a cute book-
that image made me so happy and fun.
And I wanted to make other customers enjoy this
cute mystery world too with these 10 pieces of the
mysteries.
The owner of ViOLET AND CLAiRE Sumire also loves mysteries
so she welcomed that idea.
Then this Weeest Market started like that.
そうした小さな特別なSHOPなので、
価格も今回はできるだけお手頃におさえるように
設定させていただきました。
全部で10点の、ミステリのかけらたち。

商品はこのような感じで一つひとつ、
「証拠記録物品」ふうに（笑）、ラベルを付けてラッピング。
ラベルは、本物の外国のビンテージラベルを使いました。
I wrapped each item like this with vintage label
-look like "the pieces of evidence"!
期間限定のスペシャルショップ、ぜひこの機会に、
できるだけ多くの方にご覧頂けたら本当に本当に嬉しいです！！
