You: おめでとう。でも、車を運転するときには、慎重になりすぎることはないと覚えておきなさい。
事故は起こりうるし実際に起こるものだということを心に留めておくべきよ。安全運転が大切よ。

You: Congratulations. But remember that you cannot be too careful when you drive a car.
You should bear in mind that accidents can and will happen. Safe driving is the key.
