A police fut coins tsar today called for a review of rape trials after a woman fell to her death after her alleged attacker was cleared.Tracy Shelvey, 41, fell 40ft from a shopping centre roof after police visited her at home to report the verdict.
Tracy was angry and upset and was offered support by the officers, police said.Later that evening, the woman called police in a distressed state and officers returned to her home with ambulance staff.
She was calmer when the officers attended and they again gave her advice and made a referral to partner agencies giving her support.
