あいちトリエンナーレは3年に1度の貴重な機会。
先日出向いた名古屋美術館のあいちトリエンナーレの展示にあった「サイコマジック:ホドロフスキーへの手紙」
という冊子が面白い。
サイコマジックとは、ホドロフスキーが創始した心療行為の名称である。
芸術、東洋哲学（特に禅）、神秘主義、近代哲学を融合した思想で、心に問題を抱える患者を癒やすことを目的としている。
この心療行為では、無意識のパフォーマンスを作用させて抑圧されているトラウマを解放する。真実の抑圧よって無意識に発生した象徴的な行為を把握する。その噴出した無意識的な象徴行為は、非理性的な衝突を解決する手助けになるという。
トラウマケア繋がりでポリヴェーガルの本も旅のお供。
先日、刑事施設収容者がドラクエにハマるという話をしていたが、これもポリヴェーガルセオリーで言う解離。
原理はADDICTIONと同じ。
電気回路のヒューズが切れるようにイマココではなく、ロールプレイングの世界へ気を置く。
私は、こうして自己治療をして生き延びているクライアントを肯定する。
生きていくのが辛い、という現状から環境適応した結果でそこに行き着いたに過ぎない。
他者に非難され、「罪を犯した」という自責の念で辛い思いをするのを手放すお手伝いをする。
