Dear All,
日頃より当社及び当クラブにご理解とご協力を頂き心より感謝申し上げます。
さて、新型コロナウィルス（COVID-19）感染拡大に対し、当大会事務局としても感染症対策などの準備を進めておりましたが、日本国内、また世界各国における感染が拡大しております。そのようななか、蔓延防止や安全確保の観点より、専門家のご意見も踏まえ、協議した結果、以下対象カテゴリーにおける開催を見合わせることとなりましたので、お知らせいたします。
現在、夏休み期間などにおける開催実現を模索しております。開催が実現する際には、今回参加を予定されていたクラブの皆様においては、優先参加枠を設けることができればと思いますので、ご了承ください。
尚、U11（2020年3月27日～29日）については、現段階では予定通り開催準備を進めております。こちらについては3月10日を目途に開催可否の再度ご案内をできればと思います。

参加予定クラブ関係者の皆様、運営にご協力頂いている個人・企業の皆様、ご協賛企業をはじめとした各社の皆様には多大なご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解・ご協力いただきますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for your understanding in this current unique situation. With the recent development in the Corona Virus, Covid-19 we have been preparing for the spread of the Worldwide infection. However, Japan like many other countries has been hit by the virus. Under such circumstances considering the safety and preventing spread of Covid-19 many discussions have been held. Based on opinions from experts and other gathered facts and information several Tournament categories will be cancelled.
We are considering changing the dates of the Tournament for a future date, yet to be confirmed and we hope for your participation.
Regarding the U11 Category we shall continue as scheduled. However, we ask for your understanding again to evaluate the situation closer to the date. On March 10th we shall follow up another announcement.

-U12 Date: March 20-22, 2020. Venue: Fuji kyukamura
-U10 Date: March 22nd, 2020. Venue: Amino Vital Field
-U9 Date: March 22nd, 2020. Venue: Amino Vital Field
-U8 Date: March 20th, 2020. Venue: Amino Vital Field
-U7 Date: March 20th , 2020. Venue: Amino Vital Field
Such a unforeseeable event has inconvenienced all involved in the Tournament, from Players, Clubs, Sponsors and management. We hope that we can bring a great Tournament to those involved at a future date.
