スマートバーのない店舗では軽く（苦笑）

17.0kgのバーでもアップライトロウ＆フロントレイズのコンボは効くネ

やっぱり北浜はいい

６曲目サークルランで気持ち良く走れます

（狭いスタジオで渋滞で歩いていたのが嘘みたいです）

なんかもう一つなような新曲（BA98)

パンプ45の後でほぼ真ん中にいると

インターバルのタックジャンプの脚の前後入れ替えで端の位置

前の人達がタックジャンプしないからつまらない

パワーもバーピー＆タックジャンプが少ない

まあ皆さん、アタック久しぶりなので仕方ないですネ（苦笑）

ボディパンプ45＆ボディジャム（テック＆30）＆ボディパンプ45

念のためジャム予約したらテックの開始３０分前に集合？

ややこしい書き方をしていたのでヨガ45の時間は休憩

パンプ45（１回目）

スクワット（38.6㎏のバー）

チェスト＆バック（30.6㎏のバー、5.0kgのプレート２枚重ね）

ランジ（10.0kgのプレート、10.0kgのプレート２枚重ね）

ショルダー（片手5.0kgのプレート、18.6kgのバー）

腹筋（10.0kgのプレート）

いつものウエイトで１回目

やっぱりショルダーがキツイ

カーディオ２

テックでやったから大丈夫

カーディオ２最前列中央だったから、良く分かりました

（ジャムは２回目で１回目は後ろだったのでいい加減でした）

隣のコンバット45より盛り上がったでしょう

古いバー＆プレートを用意して

（ジャムの後だから、後ろに並びました！）
