このイントラさんの最終日
来週からこのアタック45がなくなりGRITに
パンプ60は知らないイントラさんに変更
特別ゲストが２つとも参加
（いつものアタックのトレーナーさんが名古屋から）

いつものようにタックジャンプはより高く
目立ったのかな！アタックのトレーナーさんにグッドのサイン
最後に集合写真も撮りました
アタックの後、通路で
アタックのアドバイス貰いました
「タックジャンプが上手くなりたい」と尋ねたら
「高さは十分あるので、脚の引きつけ戻しを早く
ババンとやって着地を！」

いつものウエイトで
ショルダーは5.0kgプレート２枚、
バーを28.6kgにしたら、重かったので２回目のプレスは23.6kgで（苦笑）
だって回数多いよ
