１５日水曜日はコナミ新大阪にてボディジャム45＆RUN練習
ステーションのコンバット60の予定でしたが、
クライアントの予定が変更になり、
新大阪へ！
ジャム45は

最初忘れかけていましたが、直ぐに思い出しました

続いてRUN練習
台風のため中止かと思いながらも、最後の練習１２回目
５分：時速４km（ウォーミングアップ）
３０分：時速９km（持久走）
１０分：時速１２km（RUN練習）
５分：クールダウン
走行距離：７．２７kmでした
これにてマラソン練習終了
明日からはスタジオレッスンのみ
ランニングマシン来年の６月まで、さらば
１６日木曜日はコナミ新大阪にてボディアタック30＆ボディコンバット30
遠征しようかとも思ってたら、遅くなって新大阪へ！
アタック30は
１３名の参加者（台風の中、ひょっとしたらこの前の６名を更新するかと思いましたが！）
やっぱり腕立てが短い！ちょっと物足りないです
