５分：ウォーミングアップ時速４㎞
１０分：時速９㎞（マシンにラン→時速９㎞としてあったので！）
８分：時速１１㎞（１年ぶりで、良く分からないのでとりあえずコレで
）２分：時速１３㎞（余力があったので、コレで終了！）
５分：クールダウン
以上３０分４．１８㎞でした
１年ぶりの１回目の練習としては、こんなもんでしょう（笑）
日頃のボディアタック等でこれぐらいならいつでも走れます
