ボディコンバット45＆ボディパンプ60＆SH'BAM45の３連荘
ボディコンバット45は
５分前ぐらいにスタジオに入って、いつもの位置（中央右、前から２番目！）
空いています
始まる頃にはそこそこの参加者
で新曲（BC61）デース！
チョット飽いてきたかな（笑）
４曲目のバックキック＆フロントキック＆空手パンチ２発！
７曲目のジャンプニー！
上記はもちろん声出しして気合入れ
で８曲目
ジャブ＆ステップジャブ＆コークスクリュージャブ、フックの２発

このBC61-8 ｢Like A Rainbow ｣は好きです
とにかく汗は良く出ます！多分２曲目で十分身体が暖まっているからかも？

やっと最後まで新曲（BP91）
やっぱりこの曲いいネ！BP91-1 ｢Ten Feet Tall｣
３メートルの巨人になった気分で（苦笑）
３曲目のベンチプレス！腕立ての後の２セット目、効く
その後の腕立ても効きます！汗が出てきます
４曲目（バック）＆６曲目（バイセプス）はもちろんハードでいい感じ
やっと８曲目ショルダーが新曲BP91-8 ｢Eat Sleep Rave Repeat｣
やっぱりスマートバーの５㎏のプレートで
ローテーターリフト＆テックデックやりたい
片側大２枚のプレートを付けてアップライトロウ＆プレスをやったので
十分効きましたが（笑）
新曲（BP91）は３､４，６，８曲目がハードなので良いです
スマートバーのある店舗だと
10㎏のプレートや5㎏のプレートが使えるので超ハードになります

振り付けに爪をたてガオー！、敬礼したり、ガッツポーズがあり楽しめます

海老反りジャンプ（両手を上げて、片脚曲げて！）回転して左右体重移動等！
かなり激しい

もちろんMC Hammerの横歩きがあります（笑）
軽快な音楽で楽しめます
