）今日も元気だランチで満腹だぜ！
昨日はコナミ北浜にてボディパンプ30＆ボディアタック60
ボディパンプ30は
全然知らない人達ばっかりのクラス
前の人がウォーミングアップで片側大中小のウエイト！
あとどうするか楽しみ（笑）
（案の定、最初だけでした
）BP86＆BP90のMIXでした
２曲目（スクワット） なんだこのクラス！片側大３枚プレート私だけでした
続いてBP90-3 ｢Conquistador｣
思い出した！この曲トップハーフ＆ボトムハーフが多くきついのだ
BP90-4 ｢Promises｣
前半オーバーグリップでクリーン＆プレス４回が２セット！
後半アンダーグリップとプレートを持ってのスクワットやプレス！
プレートはいつものように大２枚
バーには片側大３枚でスクワット＆チェスト＆バック
チョット優越感を感じながら終了
という訳で知らない人達ばかりのクラスでボディパンプするのが好きなんです（笑）
この新曲（BP90）のチェスト＆バック結構効きます
