隣の第一スタジオのボディコンバット60にしようかとも思いましたが、
ボディコンバット60ならコナミ北浜だと思いやめ！

続いてホールドなしで連続サイドステップのジャンプ！低いジャンプで横に大きく
いいトレーニングでした！
最後の２曲が良かったので、満足して風呂に入って帰りました（苦笑）
