無難な刺身定食でヘルシーです！
今日も美味しく頂きました。
昨日はグランサイズ大阪にて風呂のみ！
待ち合わせ時間が早くなったのでコナミ新大阪のSH'BAM45に間に合うと思い
着替え等何も持たずに出かけ、結局何も持たずグランサイズ大阪へ（笑）
やっぱり便利です
タオル＆バスタオル、クシ＆ヘアートニックがあるので！
サウナは自粛して風呂で暖まってきました！
もちろん水風呂には入りました
これで２日間ジム活なしで

以前、毎週土曜日に淀川スポーツセンター
（コナミ新大阪のあるビル､後ろがかまぼこ型になってます！
バドミントンのコートが６面あります
）でやっていたバドミントン仲間がオーナーの店です。
今日もコナミ新大阪のボディコンバット60＆SH'BAM45行けるかどうか？
