昨日はグランサイズ大阪にてボディアタック60＆ボディコンバット60
いずれも新曲発表会（アタックは２人のIR、コンバットは３人のIRでテック付き）
ボディアタック60は
新曲（BA83）は４曲目（プライオメトリック）の「Layla｣
最後の２セットのジャンプを思いっきり跳んで、かつ連続ランジも手加減なし
またランジの脚のチェンジもより高く
いやーーハードであります
いっきに息があがりました あとは軽く流して終了！
インターバルもパワー「Poisonous｣もたいしたことありません
楽しいボディアタック60でした
（まだ当分BA83-4 ｢Layla｣ができるので嬉しい
）ボディコンバット60は
土曜日＆日曜日＆月曜日と３日連続で新曲（BC58）やってます（笑）
初めてかな？こんなにボディコンバット60が続いたのは！しかも新曲（笑）
もう細かい感想はやめて、
全体的には新曲（BC58）好きです
特に２曲目と６曲目が好きです
２曲目のスローキックからキック等のコンビネーション
６曲目の空手の型等
残念なのは７曲目、ジャンプニーが欲しかった
まだまだ楽しめる新曲（BC58）でした
今日はコナミ梅田茶屋町にてボディバランス45＆CXWORX30の予定

ボディコンバットの新曲（BC58）は不作です！
「Blow Me｣｢Scream｣は既に他で使われた曲で、アクセス数が多いのは
この曲とBC58-10 ｢Till I Collapse｣だけのようです。
