引っ越しの整理で古い鉄瓶が出てきた。錆びついていて使える状態ではなかったが、捨てるのももったいないので、電動ドリルにワイヤーブラシをつけて底を磨いてみた。サビはこびりついているというより組織に浸食しているようで剥がすことはあきらめた。サラダ油を注いて火にかけてみた。シェフがフライパンに油をなじませるあのやりかたで。沸かしたお湯が油っぽくならないように何度もあっらて、錆臭さも油臭さもかんじなくなったので、コーヒーを淹れるときに使い続けて5ねんがったった。黒サビに白い斑点も見えて、良好な状態。残念ながら赤サビはきえることはないが、きれいで錆の臭いがなければ使い続けて問題がないようだ
When I moved the current house I found the iron kettle. It was too rusty to use. I know it is effective for us continue to use iron products. The water that was boiled by iron kettle has melted the iron ions. For the long term use protects our heart. I tried to it clean. But to much rust which was accumulated for long term was hard to peel. I used wire blush to set electric drill. No matter how I tried to peel it never released. I gave up to peel. I tried to pour oils little and burned. This is how chefs familiarise a frying pan with oil. I washed it well to avoid the oily water. I continued to use it for five years when I drink coffee. The bottom of this kettle is good situation now. The black rust appeared and I can see the white dots. Unfortunately, there are some parts remained red rust . But it seemes no bad for me because I don't feel rusty water. I'm going to continue to use it. How do you think?
