Topic: Coaching with Empathetic Listening: Learn How to Connect on the Essence Level for Transformational Impact
You are invited to join our discussion on empathetic listening through the modality of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and experience how it can be utilized in your coaching practice.
Michael Shell, an experienced coach of 15 years trained in NVC, will lead coaches through the theory and practice of nonviolent communication. He will demonstrate how NVC can be integrated into your coaching practice to deepen your connection with clients. Participants will learn the 4-step model of NVC and practice translating complaints into requests.

At our meeting, we will:
— Learn the theory of NVC
