Well, I'm pretty sure it's Hatakenaka Megumi.

My favorite among her works is "Waga Tono「わが殿」”
When I found out it was based on real events, I was so surprised that I actually looked up their story (history) modeled on.
The tale of the whip-smart and mischievous lord and his loyal retainer is just so delightful.
彼女の作品のなかでいちばん好きなのは「わが殿」
事実に基づいて作られたと知った時は驚いて、主人公の侍について調べたりした。
すごく頭がキレていたずら好きな殿様と必死に忠義を尽くす家来の話は愉快です。

Honestly, I have to laugh at myself.
I mean, did I really have that much free time?
I'm kind of amazed and a little embarrassed , at my own listening habits
