仮に、地盤の一部・・つまりは正方形だとして・・一角の片隅だけ沈むとしても・・建物全体が倒壊をする事に繋がってしまう・・。
更には・・相互共鳴が生じ・・余計に地震による影響を受けやすくなる・・。
これは、高層建物だけのことであり・・戸建ても高さこそ違え・・ほぼ同様に考えた方が良い・・。
干拓は海だけではなく数多の河川にも行われている・・。
地盤は火山灰・・埋め立て用土砂・・。

南海トラフと繋がり同時に発生をするのが巨大地震であり、福島から四国まであたり・・そのうち都会としては・・百年ぶりなのは直下型地震ではない・・おそらく海洋で発生をし・・震源地が浅い・・。

と言うのは、二人に危険が迫る可能性が大なのが一つ・・芸人のファンは訳の分からない者など・・。
それと・・「事前交渉をされる可能性が濃厚」・・此れは弁護士も当然考えている・・。
しかし、これは絶対に禁物であり・・例えばホテルに缶詰めにしなけれなならないとか・・大変な事になる・・。
因みに、業界とはEnglishでは産業と翻訳をしてしまうが、芸能界の事・・此れが実情はは酷く・・過去こんな事があった・・。
複数に亘るが・・少なくとも監督が二名以上係わっている・・所謂大部屋と言われる女優がいた。
二名は有名だが・・仁義なき戦いで知られている監督が60代くらいの時にホテルに二日間缶詰にされたが・・目的は「条件が主役抜擢の代わりに・・」だったが・・実は、仲介したのは映画関係スタッフなどだった・・。
女優は「M」「O」など・・当然主役になったが・・此れは業界の実情であり・・さらにいろいろな事があったが・・何れまた・・。

フランス料理について

フランス料理の声価は、世界第一のごとく誇大に評判され、半世紀以上に渉って、われわれ日本人を信じさせてきた。フランスに派遣された役人たちによってである。考えてみると、だいたいみながみな若輩で、もとより日本料理というものが、今までにどんなに発達してきているか、てんで知る由もない連中ばかりであったからだ、とわれわれが想像して慨歎がいたんするのも、あながち誤りではなさそうである。
上は大使、公使、下は貧乏画家青年、その皆が日本美食を通暁するはずのないことはいうまでもない。日本料理の真価というものがどこにあるか、ぶつかったこともなければ、気にもんだこともなさそうなひとたちばかりである。その若人によって、むやみと誇大に、フランス料理は日本人に宣伝されてしまったらしい。いわゆる若気の至りというやつである。それが今回の僕の外遊によって、憚はばかりながらほぼ明らかになった。僕のテストでは、その料理の発達振りはバカバカしく幼稚なものであった。微妙な工夫、デリケートな魅力を持たねばならぬはずの「味」は、終ついに発見し得なかった。味のことばかりではない。まず見る目を喜ばせてくれる「料理の美」がまったく除去されていて、まことに寂しいかぎりであった。
アメリカのように新しい国ではぜひもないが、仏・伊のごとき料理国がこれはなんとしたことだと驚くほど意外に感じたのである。しかし、なにかと飾り立てているようなものもないではないが、それが総じて稚拙であり、いわゆる児戯に等しいものであった。まことに意外であった。
「味覚」の点を多くのひとびとにあげてみても、一級二級三級と、ざっと、十級くらいまでの開きがあろう。うまいとかまずいとかいっても、そのひとびとによって大変な段階がある。甲が盛んにうまいうまいと悦に入っていても、乙はノーを叫ぶ場合も多々ある。きびしく吟味する者と、さほどにきびしくない者との相違であろう。その道の苦労の積み方にもあって、一概にいうことはできない。
さて、フランス料理だが、世評がむやみと礼賛するほどの物でないというには、やはり、それだけのわけがある。では、その種明しをするとしよう。総じて何事も根本さえ飲み込むことができれば、枝葉の末端に道を求めまわっている無駄が省けるわけである。
まず「素材」の不良である。元来料理の良否は、素材の良否がものをいうのである。「まずい」素材をうまいものに是正するという料理法は由来発明されていない。
「まずい」ものをうまくなおすことは、絶対不可能という鉄則がある。
僕が料理テストに歩いたところは、米・英・仏・独・伊であって、いずれも肉食国である。ところが、この肉食国に不思議にも日本のような良質の牛肉がないのである。ほとんど問題にならぬ悪質の牛肉が、欧米料理の素材として広く用いられている。これではうまい牛肉料理のできようはずがない。
次に魚類がない。絶無ではないが、日本に比して百対一といえる程度。肉がなくて魚がない。それでいて工夫が稚拙、料理の美を知らない。行儀作法に欠けるボーイ、辛うじて料理はオリーブ油に助けられている始末である。
それにフランス料理に用いている食器は、世界一般の西洋食器であって、さすがにフランスだといったものが見当たらない。過去においてどうであったか、四百年前の中国食器は立派だが、伊・仏にそれがあったかどうか。それらしいものは、パリの骨董屋には見られなかった。食器と料理の価値は常に手を繋つないでいるのが本当であるが、伊・仏はどうであろう。食器にひけ目を感じている料理でもいけない。料理にひけ目をとっている食器でもいけないのが本筋である。現在、フランス料理に筋が通っていないのは、その世界に乱れがあるのであろう。それかあらぬか、われわれがフランス料理から学びとるものはほとんどなかったといい得る。これは料理文化の低さを語るものであるが、根本は料理素材の貧困である。いずこいかなるところにあっても、第一番の気がかりは「良水」の有無である。良水を欠く料理、それがなにを生むかは何人なにびとにもうなずける事実である。その良水がパリにないとのことである。ビールより高価な壜の水を飲んでいる市民である。次に肉食人に美肉が与えられていない。羊肉、馬肉を盛んに食っている。豚は鎌倉に匹敵するよさを持っているが、鶏肉は雛であるから味の鳥としては推奨できない。しかも、拙劣な料理法によって煮殺している魚介ときては、品種が日本の百に対して一、二であろう。蔬菜またしかりという次第。これでは、われわれ美食家を満足させる手はない。抽象的な概説ではあるが、だいたいフランス料理というものはこんなものである。カタツムリなど珍しがって喜ぶ仏人、だいたい日本酒の半値であるワインを貴重にして飲み続ける仏人、これを礼賛して自己の名誉のごとく感ずる色眼鏡党、日本人の贔屓ひいき客。いつになったら自分の識見で物を見、自分の舌で味を知ることができるのか。嗚呼ああ。

La cuisine française a la réputation exagérée d’être la meilleure du monde et nous fait croire en elle, nous Japonais, depuis plus d’un demi-siècle. par des fonctionnaires envoyés en France. Quand on y pense, on imagine que c'est parce que la plupart d'entre eux étaient jeunes et n'avaient aucune idée de l'évolution de la cuisine japonaise au fil des années. Cela ne semble pas être une erreur.
Il va sans dire qu'il est impossible que tous, les ambassadeurs et les ministres en haut, et les pauvres jeunes peintres en bas, aient la moindre connaissance de la gastronomie japonaise. La plupart d’entre eux n’ont jamais rencontré ni même pris la peine de connaître la véritable valeur de la cuisine japonaise. Il semble que la cuisine française ait été promue auprès des Japonais de manière inutilement exagérée par ce jeune homme. C'est ce qu'on pourrait appeler l'imprudence de la jeunesse. Lors de mon récent voyage à l’étranger, cela m’est presque devenu clair, même si c’est avec quelques hésitations. Lors de mes tests, l’élaboration du plat était ridicule et enfantine. En fin de compte, je n'ai pas pu découvrir le « goût » qui devrait avoir une ingéniosité subtile et un charme délicat. Ce n'est pas seulement une question de goût. Tout d'abord, la « beauté de la cuisine » qui plaît à l'œil a été complètement supprimée, et c'était vraiment triste.
Ce n'est peut-être pas le cas dans un nouveau pays comme les États-Unis, mais j'ai été surpris et étonné que des pays ayant des traditions culinaires comme la France et l'Italie puissent le faire. Cependant, même s’il y avait quelques embellissements, c’était généralement immature et s’apparentait à un jeu enfantin. C'était vraiment surprenant.
Si vous deviez interroger beaucoup de gens sur leurs « goûts », ils seraient probablement classés en 1re, 2e, 3e ou approximativement en 10e année. Que ce soit bon ou mauvais, il y a différentes étapes selon les personnes. Il existe de nombreux cas où même si le joueur en question est très satisfait du résultat, il peut dire non. C’est peut-être la différence entre ceux qui examinent les choses avec rigueur et ceux qui ne le sont pas. Il n’est pas possible de faire une déclaration générale, car cela dépend de la quantité de difficultés rencontrées tout au long du chemin.
D’ailleurs, il y a une raison pour laquelle la cuisine française n’est pas si populaire qu’elle est inutilement louée. Eh bien, laissez-moi vous l'expliquer. En général, si nous pouvons saisir la racine de chaque chose, nous pouvons éliminer le gaspillage lié à la recherche d’un chemin à travers les branches et les feuilles.
Tout d’abord, le « matériel » est défectueux. A l’origine, la qualité d’un plat est déterminée par la qualité des ingrédients. Aucune méthode de cuisson n'a été inventée pour transformer des ingrédients « désagréables » en délicieux.
Il existe une règle absolue selon laquelle il est absolument impossible de réparer quelque chose qui est « mauvais ».
Les endroits où je suis allé pour des tests de cuisine étaient les États-Unis, le Royaume-Uni, la France, l'Allemagne et l'Italie, qui sont tous des pays consommateurs de viande. Cependant, curieusement, ce pays carnivore ne possède pas une viande de bœuf de qualité supérieure à celle du Japon. La viande de bœuf de mauvaise qualité, peu préoccupante, est largement utilisée comme ingrédient dans la cuisine occidentale. Impossible de faire un bon plat de bœuf avec ça.
Ensuite, il n'y a pas de poisson. Ce n'est pas absolu, mais c'est environ cent pour un par rapport au Japon. Il n'y a ni viande ni poisson. Cependant, leur ingéniosité est maladroite et ils ne connaissent pas la beauté de la cuisine. Le garçon manque de bonnes manières et sait à peine cuisiner avec de l'huile d'olive.
De plus, la vaisselle utilisée pour la cuisine française est de la vaisselle occidentale couramment utilisée dans le monde entier, et je ne trouve rien qui puisse être considéré comme français. Que s'est-il passé dans le passé ? La vaisselle chinoise d'il y a 400 ans était belle, mais je me demande si elle existait en Italie et en France. On ne trouvait rien de tel chez les antiquaires parisiens. Il est vrai que la valeur des arts de la table et celle de la cuisine vont toujours de pair, mais qu'en est-il de l'Italie et de la France ? Il ne sert à rien de cuisiner des aliments qui vous font vous sentir mal à propos de votre vaisselle. L’essentiel est que vous ne devez pas utiliser de vaisselle de qualité inférieure à votre nourriture. La raison pour laquelle la cuisine française est actuellement hors d’usage est probablement due au désordre qui règne dans son monde. Soit cela, soit nous pouvons dire qu’il n’y a pas grand-chose à apprendre de la cuisine française. Cela témoigne d’une mauvaise culture culinaire, mais la cause profonde est la pauvreté des ingrédients de cuisine. Peu importe où vous vous trouvez, la première chose dont vous devez vous soucier est de savoir si l’eau est de bonne qualité ou non. C’est un fait sur lequel beaucoup de gens s’accordent sur ce qui se passe lorsque l’on cuisine sans bonne eau. On dit qu’il n’y a pas d’eau aussi bonne à Paris. Les citoyens boivent de l’eau en bouteille, plus chère que la bière. Deuxièmement, les mangeurs de viande ne reçoivent pas de bonne viande. Ils mangent beaucoup de viande de mouton et de cheval. Le porc est de qualité comparable à celle de Kamakura, mais le poulet est un poussin, il ne peut donc pas être recommandé comme oiseau aromatisé. De plus, lorsqu’il s’agit de fruits de mer, bouillis à mort selon de mauvaises méthodes de cuisson, il n’en existe qu’une ou deux variétés sur 100 au Japon. Tant que c'est du yukata matashiri. Ce n’est pas une manière de satisfaire nous, gourmets. Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un aperçu abstrait, la cuisine française est généralement ainsi. Les Français se réjouissent de choses rares comme les escargots, ils chérissent et boivent du vin, qui coûte environ la moitié du prix du saké japonais, les gens aux yeux rouges l'admirent et le traitent comme un honneur, et les clients japonais sont condescendants. Quand pourrons-nous voir les choses avec notre propre discernement et les goûter avec notre propre langue ? Ah ah.
