- I can’t even concentrate on what you’re saying.「あなた達の喋ってることに集中すらできない．」
"concentrate on (something)"で「(何か)に集中する」という意．"focus on (something)"も同じ意．
- My day is made!「今日1日がいい日になった！」
「もうその日はこれ以上いいことが起こらないだろう」と思わせるくらいにいいことが起こったときに使います．"You made my day!"も頻繁に耳にします．もし，1日どころか１ヶ月，1年の内でこれ以上いいことはもう起こらないと思ったら"You made my month/year!"と言ってもいいでしょう．
- just as a side note.「本題とは直接関係のない話だけど」
"on a side note"もほぼ同義で使われます．
- I wanted to make sure that we stayed true to the original.「（美女と野獣の）オリジナル（のストーリー）に忠実であるように心がけた．」
"stay true to (somethig)"で「（何か）に忠実であり続ける」という意です．"stay true to yourself!"と言えば「自分に忠実であれ（自分の心の声を信じて行動しろ）」と言う意になります．
- She is a force to be reckoned with.「彼女は侮れない/無視できない存在だ．」
ここでの"reckon"とは"think/consider"とほぼ同義であり，"a force to be reckoned with"は「考慮せざるを得ない力」から転じて「無視できない存在」という意になります．
- I tried to use that as motivation.「それ(that)をやる気を引き起こすものとして使った．」
- I love that all of these guys are crazy, and this one is just chill.「他の猫はみんな元気いっぱい（crazy)なのに，この猫だけは落ち着いてるのが面白い．」
"chill"は動詞にも形容詞になりますが，どちらの「リラックスしている」というイメージが根幹にあります．例文で習得しましょう．
（形容詞）"He is chill."「彼はいつも落ちつている．」
（形容詞）"She was chill about me being late to the meeting."「彼女は私が会議に遅刻したことに寛大だった．」
（動詞）"I'm chilling at home"「家でのんびりしている．」
- ability to see beyond things.「物事の先を見据える能力」
- be non-judgmental「すぐに（人を）判断することをしない」
judgementlとは「すぐに人や物が正しいか・誤っているのかを判断する」という意の形容詞．
- Why am I not being paid the same?「なぜ私には同じ額の給料が支払われないのか？」
ここでの"the same"は副詞の役割を持ちます．"being paid the same (way as men)"とイメージしましょう．

"work against (someone)"で「（誰か）の妨げになるように働く」という意です．

ここでの"it"はインタビューのことです．直訳すると「インタビューを終わらさせないで」になります．

名詞を直後に続けたい場合は"struggle with (something)" と言います．
- Massive shout-out to Best Friends Animal Society. 「Best Friends Animal Societyに大きな感謝を表明します．」
これは日本語に直訳ができない便利な言葉で，その場に感謝したい人がいない場合などに感謝を表明したときに，" shout-out to (someone)"と言います．
- We are peaking right now, there's nothing that's gonna top this.「今ピークを迎えている．これの上をいくものはこの先ない．」
"peak"を動詞として使える日本人は少ないのではないでしょうか？また，"top"も"top (something)"で「（何か）を超える」という動詞になります．
