Today, we talked about sightseeing places, mostly in the Kansai region. I got to know more about one of Japan's three most beautiful sceneries (日本三景), Amanohashidate.
The most recommended point of view of this scenery is on top of a cliff where you open your legs wide, bend down with your waist as the center and view the scenery upside down. It is said that the white sandy road and the islands will look like a dragon!
Also, we talked about the Himeji Safari and Wakayama Safari where for a certain fee, one can view animals like lions and elephants up close! One difference I got to know from the guests is that the safari in Himeji allows you to drive through the safari yourself while the one in Wakayama has a designated driver to guide you safely through the route.
Another cool place I got to know about is the Kuroshioichiba (黒潮市場). Cheap, fresh seafood to be served near Shirahama. Not to mention the demonstration where tunas get dissected right in front of you!
