How were your three-day holidays?
The weather was hot and beautiful at the weekend, wasn't it.
連休、いかがお過ごしでしたでしょうか？
暑くもお出かけ日和だったかと思います。
I went driving to the place called "Clematis hills", near Mt. Fuji.
Here various sorts of museums are gathered (both for adults/children), and it is standing out as a very unique area.
私は富士山麓にある、クレマチスの丘という場所に家族で行ってきました。
ここはさまざまな美術館が集められていて（大人・子ども向けの両方）、とてもユニークな雰囲気をつくっています。
Not only is there the western architecture, but there are also neatly placed Japanese sights such as tea room and literary museum.
西洋建築だけでなく、きれいに整えられた和風の建物もあり、茶房や文学館を見かけました。
My family and I chose to see the exhibitions of French painter, Bernard Buffet and Leonard Foujita (who was originally a Japanese artist).
Since I first saw the paintings of Buffet, they instantly overwhelmed me with its own deep world.
私達はフランス人画家のベルナール・ビュフェとレオナール藤田（＊元々は日本人画家であった藤田嗣治）の作品を観てまわりました。
ビュフェの絵を見るのは初めてでしたが、その独特な深いタッチに圧倒されてしまいました。
Inside the museum there is an artistic space for children too, so anyone can enjoy spending cozy, imaginative hours in here.
美術館の中には親子で楽しめるアート空間もあるので、訪れた人は創造力豊かな時間を過ごせるなあと感じました！
