A few days ago I joined the lesson of stained glass, at my friend's house.
For the first time in my life, I saw and learned how to make a stained glass!
数日前、友人の御宅でステンドグラスのレッスンに参加しました。
人生で初めて、ステンドグラスが（小さいながらも）出来上がる行程を見させてもらいました。
These are the cut glasses, and first I rolled up each glass by the thin copper-made tape.
Then, putting them together in the shape of star (this day's workshop), next I used a very hot iron poker and started melting the silver lump on the glass.
まず初めに、カットしてあるガラスの一つ一つに銅製の細いテープを巻き付けていきました。
そうして星の形に（この日のワークショップでは）組み合わせ、次に高温のアイロン棒を使って
銀の塊をガラスの上で溶かします。
By melting, the silver covers the copper tapes and it also adheres the glasses to each other.
I waited for a couple of minutes until they cooled down, and finally brushed up by cloth to shine them.
銅の部分を銀でコーティングしながら、ガラス同士もくっつけてゆきます。
ひととおり出来たら冷めるまで少し待って、最後に光沢が出るように布で磨きをかけます。
Looks beautiful especially with natural light.
自然光の下が、いっそうきれいに見えます。
