Today's weather in Shibuya is chilly.
The weather forecast app says snow is expected to happen later in the day.
If it will happen, it will be Tokyo's 3rd snowday this winter.
Since I came to Japan in 2015, this season is the first time I have experience having more than 1 snowday in Tokyo.
Snow rarely happens in the Metro, but it seems to be changing.
I am now getting used to the randomness of it and just enjoying the flow.
