So as a backstory, my family name is Gascon.

My family's heritage is said to be from Spain and my ancestors migrated to the Philippines.

There's a few Gascons in the Philippines and this family name is not as common as other Spanish immigrant families', like Reyes, Ramos, Garcia, Dela Cruz, Martinez, Hernandez etc.

One day, Gerad found this malbec redwine at the liquor store near where he works.

It is called Don Miguel Gascon - Malbec wine.

It is from Argentina.

The winery's founder's history said that Don Miguel Gascon migrated from Spain to Argentina, bought a piece of land and cultivated the winery that now produces this malbec wine.

Anyway, Gerad bought a bottle and we tried it.

I love how it tasted.

14% alc. Keeps you sophisticatedly steady.

Taste: Similar to bitter chocolate but scented and kindof fruity but not sweet. Definitley well-aged.

I made a short video of the experience and posted it on my FaceBook Blog page (link below) heart
