I got a little sick this week. I think maybe it is because of the change of weather and season. While feeling really weak, I thought about making myself some soup. Back in the day, my mom used to make me this soup when I get sick; and now that I live by myself, I tried making it for me as well.

What you need:

1 pack macaroni pasta -boiled & drained

1/2 white onion -chopped

1/2 bulb garlic -chopped

1 pack portobello mushrooms -sliced

1 pack/bunch asparagus -sliced into short bits

3 cups soy milk

Salt & pepper to taste

What to do:

Bring macaroni to boil; drain and set aside.

Saute the onions and garlic, add in the mushroom and cook for about 3 minutes. Pour in the soy milk, and add the asparagus.

Bring to boil and / or cook bothe asparagus and mushroom for about 3-4 minutes.

Add in the macaroni pasta. Add water depending on how soupy you'd want it to go.

Lastly, sprinkle in some salt and pepper to taste.

It's super easy to make so when you're not feeling too well, I'm pretty sure this will help you get that energy and happiness in your system.

Bon apetit!! love
