Today I made shrimp salad with cucumbers.
I was given many cucumbers, thanks to my friend.
That is a very simple dish, I just boiled shrimps and chopped them and cucumbers. And tossed all with Mayonaise. Sprinkle dried basil, it becomes more gorgeous.
The image is an open sandwich of the salad.
So easy to cook. It is my style.
