最近、今更また映画のソーシャルネットワークばっか見てる。
なかなか、理解するのはハードな英語やけど、めっちゃ役にたつ！
今日はlikeの使い方について
likeの意味は
～が好き
とかですよね。
まあ当たり前ですよね。
よく、ネイティブの若い人は
I was like”hey, are you serious!?"
「あんたまじかよ！」て感じで~
I'm like " I hate you!"
「あんた嫌いって」感じで~
てゆう日本語で言う「みたいな～」
みたいな感じで be like~を使用します。
中学で習った
it's like~「それは～ような」
と一緒ですね。
しかしながら、ネイティブの若い人たちスッゲー挟むのよ。
~like~like~likeとところどころに！
みたいな～みたいな～て感じです。
ワタシもコレ、使わんとこうとしてるんやけど抜けない。
例えば
１５歳？の子が妊娠した話しの「JUNO」って映画はめちゃめちゃこの「like」がでてきます。

しかし、さっき前述したfacebookの話しの「the social network」は
あの名門ハーバード大学が舞台になっているのでほぼ使っていません。
こういったところに映画を注意してみると、面白いよ！

そんな私はシェイプアップしてます。
あ、シェイプアップって、日本語英語ですよ。
ところで。
I need to shape up!でなんという意味かというと
「ちゃんとしないと！」
て意味になります。
shape ていうのは日本語で「形」という意味。
「形をしっかりする！」→「責任と取る」
とかそんな感じ。
やから、だらだら仕事している部下に向かって上司が
「shape up!」「しっかりやれ！」と叱咤するときに使用します。
身体を鍛えないと！
ていうのは
「 get into shape」
とつかいます。
get into~でどこかに入っていく～て感じの俗語
shape 「形」
I gained 2kilos so I should get into shape!
(2キロ太ったし、身体を鍛えないと！）
gain :得る（ここでは太ったという意味で使用しています）
では近々。。。

I'm out「（その話）おりるよ」
といった感じで使えます。その話に入る！（in) 辞める（out）てな感じですね。
他にも使い方はもつろんありますよー
歌で「living a lie」 the -dream feat Rihanna
という歌があります。結構古い歌やけども見てみて。（下記youtube 添付）
内緒の恋をしてる二人の歌で、誰にも伝えられないから嘘の人生（恋）は、おりてやるよ。
てかんじで

とサビで復唱してます。なかなか頭に残りますよ。
