これが 私
「This Is Me」 は、2017年のミュージカル映画『The Greatest Showman（グレイテスト・ショーマン）』の象徴的な楽曲。
歌手Keala Settle（キーラ・セトル)が、 映画内で「髭の女」Lettie Lutz（レッティ・ルッツ）役を演じ、この曲を熱唱。
映画は、Barnum（ヒュー・ジャックマン）が「奇人・曲芸団」を集めてサーカスを成功させる物語。
この曲は、中盤の重要な転換点で歌われる。Barnumが、上流階級のパーティーに「奇人たち」を連れて行ったが、恥ずかしく思って彼らを締め出す。傷ついたLettie（髭の女）が中心となり、他の「Oddities（異端者たち）」と一緒に歌い始める。最初はLettie自身への励ましだったものが、徐々に全員の叫びに変わる。
「社会から疎外され、傷つき、隠れるよう生きてきた人々が、輝ける居場所を見つけ『ありのままの自分』を肯定し、誇りを持って前に進む」というメッセージが込められた曲。
Keala Settle自身も過去に自己否定が強かったそうで、この曲を歌うことで人生が変わったと語っています。
