This is one of my favorite places to have breakfast. When we are in Atami, I absolutely have to go there, at least for a cup of strong oishii coffee.
This morning was particularly special, because it snowed in Atami the night before. Air was freezing cold but so clean and fresh. I call that kind of air "kokoro no sentaku "air. I feel like my heart and soul were washed with soap and not a speck of black remains inside me.
We stayed in the garden and we had a perfectly clear view of Fuji san. I felt like I was invited to have a breakfast date with Mt.Fuji. This was one of those mornings when I said "ikitete yokattaaaa". Is Japan "tengoku ni ichiban chikai shima"? In the days like this, I honestly believe it is !!!

ここは私のお気に入りの朝食の場所（Ｍａｒｉｅ（マリー）伊豆店 ） 。
熱海にいる時は必ずここで強めの美味しいコーヒー
を頂くの。
この日の朝は特に特別だったわ。何故って、前の晩、熱海で雪
が降ったみたいなの。
空気は凍るように冷たいけど、澄んで新鮮だったわ。こういう空気を「心の洗濯」って言うのね。
私は感じたわ、まるで石鹸で心と魂が洗われるのを・・、
そして自分の中の悪の部分が無くなっていくのを・・。
私たちはこの店のお庭で食事をするの、雄大な富士山の景色とともに。
私はまるでMr.富士さんに朝食デートを招待されているみたい。
これって「生きててよかったぁぁぁぁ
」と感じる朝のひとつだわ。
日本って「天国に一番近い島」だったかしら？
こういう日があると、本当にそう思っちゃうなぁぁぁ
（Ｇの意図は分かりませんが、Ｍｔ．Fujiという表現は、Ｍｒ.Ｆｕｊｉに引っ掛けているのかと思い、訳してみました。だってＦｕｊｉ ｓａｎって言う表現とＭｔ．Fujiって表現があるからよくわかんないんだよなぁ～
