先日、彼の生ハム風という面白い物を見つけた。「ラム」とか「鴨」とか見ると反応するよね。
店員さんの熱いトークでは、チーズ（ブルーチーズが良い）と一緒に食べると赤ワインに合うけど、ちょっと変わった食べ方は
上にお蕎麦を乗せて塩をかけると白ワインに合う！ということで、早速試してみた。
おぉー。良いじゃない。軽めの十割蕎麦を使ったので、蕎麦が濃すぎることもなく、美味しい！
さすが色々試している店員さんのオススメな食べ方は間違いないね！
Found something new the other day--duck meat prosciutto.
The saleslady mentioned that it can be eaten with cheese (preferably blue cheese) and it would go well with red wine, but the way she REALLY likes is to top it off with a bit of soba (buckwheat) noodles and a sprinkle of salt and a glass of white wine.
Well, I just HAD to try it like that, right? Mmm. Did not disappoint!
