Renegadoというワインだって。そりゃー、ワンオクの Renegadesを聴きながら飲んじゃうよね
いろんな葡萄が使われている変わったワイン。ポルトガルの自然派ワインで生産者さんはフォリアス・デ・バコ。
「バッカス神の楽しい宴」という意味らしい！
A couple of months back, I had a natural Portuguese wine by the name of Renegado.
With a name like that, I just had to listen to "Renegades" by One OK Rock while drinking this.
This wine combines more than 25 different kinds of grapes, but it feels like it's more of a rose wine than it is a red.
The producer is Folias de Baco and it literally means "Fun Bacchus Banquet!" Love the spirit.
白・赤葡萄25品種以上使用されているらしい
玉ねぎのロースト。一度中身をくり抜いてチーズとかと
一緒にして再度焼くのでとってもトロトロで美味しいよ〜
